At Fumezia Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy.

Eligibility

  • Items must be just use one time and Opened but in their original packaging.

  • Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your perfume for another fragrance, please contact us within the 14-day period.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
