At Fumezia Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund and exchange policy.
Eligibility

Items must be just use one time and Opened but in their original packaging.

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your perfume for another fragrance, please contact us within the 14-day period.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
